This piece is both colorful and so avant garde!  Since there is a variety of colors are in the shell pendant and stone slabs, you can basically match it with practically anything in your closet!  It is believed that all varieties of abalone (including paua) strengthen the body as well as the heart. If a person wears jewelry made from paua shells, it is said that they can express their feelings to others articulately. They are believed to bring sensitivity, harmony, and connectivity in relationships. As this shell is found in a number of colors, it represents the beauty of life.

Materials are: a vintage gold plated brass chain, titanium coated agate stone slab pieces, a gold plated brass textured circle, with a large paua (abalone) shell teardrop pendant.  Length of necklace is 21", and chain links are 5/8" wide.  Paua shell pendant and gold circle hang 4" from the bottom center of the necklace, and the pendant is 1.75" at its widest point.
